Our supervisors are highly trained and experienced in all aspects of call centre operations. They track and monitor telephone operator performance based on KPI’s derived automatically and in real time from PABX & dispatching system databases. They are also empowered to take the necessary action to ensure that your calls are answered on time, every time.
